It was an easy fix. The package has been failing to build in Factory for 67 days. There has been multiple reports in the "Factory Status" emails in the opensuse-packaging ML. And bnc#793542 has been there for more than one month. If the package is unmantained it should be offered to someone interested on it in the opensuse-packaging ML. And if nobody responds perhaps dropped. - Fix udev rules moving from /etc to (/usr)/lib (forwarded request 148168 from RedDwarf)
