GNU Unicode string library
This portable C library implements Unicode string types in three flavours:
(UTF-8, UTF-16, UTF-32), together with functions for character processing
(names, classifications, properties) and functions for string processing
(iteration, formatted output, width, word breaks, line breaks, normalization,
case folding and regular expressions).

license update: LGPL-3.0+ and GPL-3.0+ Numerous files in tests/ and woedll are GPL-3.0+ licensed. Either put them in a separate GPL-3.0+ labelled subpackage or use this label for the main License: line (forwarded request 109627 from babelworx)
