DBI of event loop programming
the AnyEvent manpage provides a uniform interface to various event loops.
This allows module authors to use event loop functionality without forcing
module users to use a specific event loop implementation (since more than
one event loop cannot coexist peacefully).
The interface itself is vaguely similar, but not identical to the the Event
manpage module.

- updated to 7.04 - debugging code left in. - AnyEvent::Socket::inet_aton did not work when dns resolution was used to find the addresses (analyzed and patch by Maxime Soulé). - fix a memory leak in the /etc/hosts lookup code when hosts don't resolve and are not in hosts (analyzed by sten).
