Support Utilities for Kernel nfsd
This package contains the NFS utilities. You can tune the number of
server threads via the sysconfig variable USE_KERNEL_NFSD_NUMBER. For
quota over NFS support, install the quota package.

Updated nfsserver.init and sysconfig.nfs to add support for setting rpc.mountd options in addition to the port. While it's possible to set these by setting the port and adding them after, this is a nicer implementation. (forwarded request 157565 from deadpoint)
