This package is based on the package 'libdvbpsi' from project 'openSUSE:Factory'.
libdvbpsi is a simple library designed for decoding and generating
MPEG TS and DVB PSI tables. Current features: * Program
Association Table (PAT), decoder and generator.
* Program Map Table (PMT), decoder and generator.
* All MPEG 2 descriptors, decoders and generators.

somebody decided to update libdvbpsi in multimedia:libs and create a new libdvbpsi-0 package; which is what is needed for now by VLC. Thus, introducing this (just renamed) package into Factory.
