- Force-replace all /usr/bin/env python by python3. There are some more /usr/bin/env left, these come from opencensus-proto-source (copied verbatim by this build) and should be fixed in that other package, after which it will trickle down.

Can we have v1.23.1 also in Leap 15.2?
Leap inherits grpc from SLE ("unfortunately"), so I cannot do anything here: You need to tickle the right people inside SUSE to get that done.
