+ Build: Meson build: Fix versioning on macOS.
+ Documentation:
- sigc++/sigc++.h: Describe how to use libsigc++ with Meson.
- Update links to the web page, now at

- Remove mm-common BuildRequires: no longer needed after the switch
to meson.
