GTKWave is a fully featured GTK+ based wave viewer for Unix and Win32 which reads LXT, LXT2, VZT, and GHW files as well as standard Verilog VCD/EVCD files and allows their viewing.

- Update to version 3.3.58
* Added /Data Format/Popcnt function for ones counting.
* Warnings fixes from new Clang 3.4 scan-build.
* Updated VCD ID generation in various helpers to use a faster,
equivalent algorithm.
* Change [1] at end of struct to C99 [] notation with appropriate
