Generic Graphics Library
GEGL provides infrastructure to do demand based cached non destructive
image editing on larger than RAM buffers. Through babl it provides
support for a wide range of color models and pixel storage formats for
input and output.

- Update to version 0.4.22: + Build: - Updates to python gobject introspection tests, and made them able to look up babl typelib. - Build pdf:load again; missing since meson migration. - Fix OpenCL include file generation to work in non-utf8 locales. + Operations: matting-{global,levin}: fix crash when bounding boxes of input and aux differ.
