AppArmor userlevel parser utility
The AppArmor Parser is a userlevel program that is used to load in
program profiles to the AppArmor Security kernel module.
This package is part of a suite of tools that used to be named
SubDomain.

- add libapparmor-python3.8.diff to fix building the libapparmor python bindings (deb#943657) Note: the build with python 3.8 will still fail because of boo#1155839 - but at least we get a different build failure now ;-)
