developers to develop input method easily.

- Clean-up dependencies: add librsvg2 (needed by ibus), dropped notification-daemon, python-gtk, python-notify (not needed with switch to pygobject), typelib-1_0-Gtk-2_0, typelib-1_0-Gtk-3_0 (no need to hardcode, bnc#868657) (forwarded request 226435 from fcrozat)

The current 1.5.25 version failed to start in Gnome 42, and 1.5.26 fixed it. 1.5.26 has been released: https://github.com/ibus/ibus/releases/tag/1.5.26
