Network Link Manager and User Applications

Edit Package NetworkManager

NetworkManager attempts to keep an active network connection available
at all times. The point of NetworkManager is to make networking
configuration and setup as painless and automatic as possible. If
using DHCP, NetworkManager is intended to replace default routes,
obtain IP addresses from a DHCP server, and change name servers
whenever it sees fit.

- Fold NetworkManager-wifi back into the main package: The dep
chain is not really different and it causes too many problems for
users having that split. Not worth the pain (boo#1199710,
  boo#1199706).
- As a consequence, also drop the recommends fro the main package
  to -wifi.
