CMPI-based CIM provider implementing DMTF SVPC model
Libvirt-cim is a CMPI CIM provider that implements the DMTF SVPC
virtualization model. The goal is to support most of the features
exported by libvirt itself, enabling management of multiple platforms
with a single provider.

At most, libvirt-cim should only require libvirt-client. But no need to specify the requirement explicitly since libvirt-cim is linked against libvirt.so. Please let me know if anything else needs to be done to get this change into SLE12, e.g. making the change in some IBS project.
