- Move documentation to where it's used: with the -devel subpackage. - Update descriptions, RPM groups - Trim --with-pic (only has effects for static libs) - Repair a bit more of libopenraw1->9 - Rename libopenraw1 subpackage to libopenraw9, making the package name the actual library provided. - Make libopenraw9 conflict with libopenraw1 >= 0.3 to ease the upgrade path from the wrongly named package.
