Feed entropy into random pool

The haveged daemon feeds the linux entropy pool with random
numbers generated from hidden processor state.

- modules-setup.sh should be module-setup.sh in dracut, also 755
- add dependency on systemd-journald.socket to make haveged
  really start before journald in the initrd. bsc#898669 (forwarded request 335611 from msmeissn)

Haveged is no longer necessary since around kernel 5.6.. at least we need to drop the udev rules, never activate it as default and drop all the initrd parts.
