- Cleanup with spec-cleaner - Adapt the service file to be forking and match what it does for me on Gentoo. - Disable threads as they seem break some times. - Capitalize summaries to make rpmlint happy.

Haveged is no longer necessary since around kernel 5.6.. at least we need to drop the udev rules, never activate it as default and drop all the initrd parts.
