- update to 1.8 * Fix return code for signalled termination. * Update init.d/service.fedora - new return code + simple, not forking * Add --enable_unitdir as DESTDIR for systemd install

Haveged is no longer necessary since around kernel 5.6.. at least we need to drop the udev rules, never activate it as default and drop all the initrd parts.
