Python interface to the mpv media player
A ctypes-based python interface to the mpv media player.
It gives more or less full control of all features of the player,
just like the lua interface does.

- Dynamically add a dependency to the libmpv version that was present during build. Allows to dynamically move between various so versions (e.g. libmpv1 to libmpv2).
