Main focus of this update is improving interaction with systemd.
Other bugfixes from upstream added for good measure.

This time with %fillup_only which was missing before.

- remove boot.md.  It no longer does anything useful.

- mdmonitor
  run "mdadm --monitor" from systemd instead of init.d
  sciprt (bnc#849523)
- remove mdadmd due to above.
