Update to version 1.89.3

For the minimalist changes file entry, I followed this rule from documentation:

"If you cannot find anything in the aforementioned set of places, that is ok. Say so, and consider it done. (For example, “* No changelog was made available.”) It is not necessary to inspect commit logs or to analyze source code."  

There are 4 months worth of complicated commit, and I cannot go through them all.
