WV is a program that can understand the Microsoft Word 8 binary file
format (Office97). It currently converts Word into HTML, which can then
be read with a web browser.

- Also, cleanup buildrequires, libtiff is not used and zlib-devel is required. - wv-noansi.patch: Do not build with -ansi , but in gnu99 mode with system extensions enabled (forwarded request 196593 from elvigia)
