- Use unupdated vendored crates for now.
* This is to stop OBS Notifications about build failures.
* Once openssl crate is updated from possibly a new release, I will
re-enable update of vendored crates
- Use cargo-vendor-filterer to lessen vendored crates
- Declare higher build disk size requirement
- Enable update of vendored dependencies.
- Update vendored dependencies.
