High Level Language for Numerical Computations

GNU Octave is a high-level language, primarily intended for numerical computations. It provides a convenient command line interface for solving linear and nonlinear problems numerically, and for performing other numerical experiments using a language that is mostly compatible with Matlab.

- Drop termap BuildRequireS: no longer needed.
- octave.macros: For %octave_pkg_install, set HOME to current
  working dir to avoid permission issues when octave tries to
  update list of installed packages in its config file.

Why can't I use the doc command, even if I've installed octave-doc? There are no local documentation here.
