Fix test suite on ppc64le - so we can move it actually to TW (forwarded request 495735 from dimstar)

Hi, can this package be updated to meson 0.60.1 (available in devel:tools:building) please?
0.60 is needed to compile mpv (which recently switched to meson), 0.59 is too old.
