Braille display driver for Linux/Unix
BRLTTY is a background process (daemon) which provides access to the
Linux/Unix console (when in text mode) for a blind person using a
refreshable braille display. It drives the braille display and provides
complete screen review functionality.

- Pass --with-tables-directory=%{_datadir}/%{name} to configure: do not install the tables to /etc, as they are not supposed to be modified by local admins. (forwarded request 953158 from dimstar)
