Braille display driver for Linux/Unix
BRLTTY is a background process (daemon) which provides access to the
Linux/Unix console (when in text mode) for a blind person using a
refreshable braille display. It drives the braille display and provides
complete screen review functionality.

- Adjust the patch application to be same like with other patches. - Add brltty-speechd.diff to avert packaging failure and take into account changed speechd location. - More robust make install call. Remove redundant %clean section.
