A python library to download several URLs as a single file, as well as supporting multi-part URLs.
Functionality is generic, but package is primarily intended and tested to download
ECMWF open data files. Azure and AWS servers are supported.

ECMWF open data gets increasingly popular. To ease access, ECMWF has developed a python interface. This package is the underlying working horse for downloading data in an efficient way. It is used by the package ecmwf-opendata.
