Rollback to 0.6.11. libQuotient does build, but quaternion does it no more.

@ecsos could you send this package to network:messaging:matrix?
I will do it when it is okay and i have test it.
First today version 0.6.0 is out. But no more need to send, because someone has "stolen" it.
I have now seen that you were the thief. And I also let myself be made Mainainer, although the package and the main work came from me. Decorate with someone else's feather. Not the fine English way.
Till this time no release of 0.6. Only RC1 candidate.
Neochat when built with this package seems to have E2EE off, can that be enabled?
Had this discussion before in here https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/KDE:Applications/neochat#comment-1788527
Hopefully this is the right place 😅
Why do you think it's disabled?
It's in the specfile:
%cmake \ -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON \ -DUSE_INTREE_LIBQOLM=OFF \ -DQuotient_ENABLE_E2EE=ON
And this is what appears in the build log:
[ 38s] -- The following functions were enabled: [ 38s] [ 38s] * EnableE2EE, end-to-end encryption (WORK IN PROGRESS)
