There is a warning; mingw64-libminizip1.noarch: W: self-obsoletion mingw64-minizip obsoletes mingw64-minizip
which should be fixed by using
Obsoletes: mingw64-minizip < %{version}-%{release}
Provides: mingw64-minizip = %{version}-%{release}
