PSGI handler for HTML::Mason

HTML::Mason::PSGIHandler is a PSGI handler for HTML::Mason. It's based on
HTML::Mason::CGIHandler and allows you to process Mason templates on any web
servers that support PSGI.

Sorry for the earlier hassle, I didn't understand that 'CHECK(...)' requires user interaction. The licenses should be fine now, but I had to do a lot of stuff manually. No idea what is broken with my cpanspec.
