Take two of OpenSubdiv submission

I've addressed all of Stefan's comments, including yanking all but
the first changelog entry.

I ask myself, why should I add changelog entries in the first place,
if they aren't desired anymore in an initial submission), but anyway,
here's the OpenSubdiv library, that makes Blender 2.80 and its users
happy...

Macros are of course allowed in the Source URL, there are plenty of packages using this.

Yes, I noticed. Just the self invented one %{pkgver} isn't, I guess: Check factory-auto comment: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/725582
