OK, I know RCS is for dinosaurs. But it is still a really performant and handy single-file revision control system. I use it regularly. rcshist is a tool to list the RCS revision history. It is handy to search for changes and to follow changes over time at a glance. As it is easy to maintain, I thought about submitting it to devel:tools:scm (I would volunteer to maintain it). Perhaps it will come in handy for other people.
