Reuse and mass produce PDF documents
This module could be used when you want to mass produce similar (but not identical) PDF documents and reuse templates, JavaScripts and some other components. It is functional to be fast, and to give your programs capacity to produce many pages per second and very big PDF documents if necessary.

- update to 0.35
Thanks to Yunliang Yu Outlines mode is turned on, if bookmarks are added
and a minor bug with bookmarks and onother one with the creation of pages
are corrected.
Thanks to Grant McLean prTTFont method is added to support embedding
TrueType fonts and using UTF8 text with prText (only works if Font::TTF and
Text::PDF are installed)
