- only enable geoip backend on distros newer than 12.3 before the package lacks the pkg-config file and there is no fallback to finding geoip without it. - fix permissions of the home directory - enable some backends that we had forgotten: - pipe (main package) - random (main package) - geoip (new subpackage) - new BR: yaml-cpp-devel and GeoIP-devel
