A Tool to Determine File Types
With the file command, you can obtain information on the file type of a
specified file. File type recognition is controlled by the file
/etc/magic, which contains the classification criteria. This command is
used by apsfilter to permit automatic printing of different file types.

- Add patch file-5.28-compress.patch
to fix crash as found in build system
- Update to file version 5.28
* fix leak on allocation failure
* PR/555: Avoid overflow for offset > nbytes
* PR/550: Segv on DER parsing:
- use the correct variable for length
- set offset to 0 on failure.
- Port patches to 5.28

Don't print them.
