(revision 6)
Add an autostart file that runs on login and grants X11 access to root. This allows graphical applications to run as root, which is required for YaST (bsc#955101, fate#322297). It's a little unorthodox to put this in an autostart file, but it allows the solution to work under Wayland, where Xwayland gets started fairly late, and with any session supporting the XDG spec, while being transparent and allowing the sysadmin to change the policy by removing or changing the contents of the file (e.g. by using OnlyShowIn= or NotShowIn=). When I discussed this with sreeves we decided to add this to the branding package, since it's independent of desktop/wm and display technology (X11/Wayland) and we didn't want to create a whole new package. We can revisit this later if there are better ideas.
