libvirt python bindings
The python-libvirt-python package contains a module that permits applications written in the Python programming language to use the interface supplied by the libvirt library to use the virtualization capabilities of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes).

Similar to Factory, rename libvirt-python to python-libvirt-python. Renaming a package includes deletereq of the old package name and submitreq of new package name. This req provides the latter. Once accepted, a deletereq should be done for libvirt-python. bsc#1058958
