Movie Player for the GNOME Desktop

Edit Package totem

Totem is a movie player for the GNOME desktop based on GStreamer (or
xine). It features a playlist, a full-screen mode, seek and volume
controls, and complete keyboard navigation.

Apart from a movie player, it also includes a mozilla plug-in (in a
separate package) and a Nautilus thumbnailer and properties page.

- Unconditionally enable translation-update-upstream: on
  Tumbleweed, this results in a NOP and for Leap in SLE paid
  translations being used (boo#1086036).

- Add totem-fix-libtotem_gir-dependency.patch: build: Fix
  libtotem_gir dependency for vala plugins.
- Add gstreamer-plugins-ugly Recommends: We want to pull in the
  codecs available in that package (mp3, ac3 and mpeg2 support).
- Drop la files rm from install section, no longer needed, we are
  using meson build system now.

- removed gnome-icon-theme from Requires and BuildRequires
