Support compressed kernel modules. This is a backport of the upstream patch in https://github.com/openSUSE/rpm-config-SUSE plus a few contributed fixes posted to the same place. The changes are exclusively in the kernel-related scripts.

The backport was not completely straightforward and the code differs in a few details from the upstream (openSUSE) implementation.

Given that the change is neither large nor intrusive, I'm wondering if it can go into a maintenance update to limit package forking. Please, advise.
