  * Implement ``lazy.__set_name__()`` which helps in cases like
  * ``foo=lazy(_foo)``.
  * Pin sphinx and sphinx-rtd-theme versions in docs extra.
  * Fix stray characters in keywords.

  * Replace deprecated python setup.py test in tox.ini
