virtiofsd is a rewrite/replacement for the previously in-tree virtiofs from the upstream qemu

qemu 8.0.0 and above requires this separate virtiofsd module to provide the functionality

Remove errrant ExclusiveArch tag but still disable 32 bit builds

Add a conflict with qemu-tools < 8 as this implementation will replace the virtiofsd found previsouly in the qemu-tools package

Use macros to exclude 32-bit archs
