- Update to upstream version 4.4
  * Changes in version 4.4:
    + Maintenance release.

- Add Ant build script and properties file borrowed from previous
  version to sources because upstream does not provide them
  anymore; all relevant patches applied:

  * apache-commons-collections4-build.properties
- Remove patches:
  * commons-collections4-4.1-bundle.patch
    + applied to apache-commons-collections4-build.xml.
  * commons-collections4-4.1-javadoc.patch
    + applied to apache-commons-collections4-build.xml.
  * commons-collections4-4.1-jdk11.patch
    + not needed anymore.
