- Update to 5.3.7:
  ADDED:
    * AV1 codec added
    * SRTP GCM mode
    * Add MS_FILTER_IS_HW_ACCELERATED MSFilter flag to advertise hw-accelerated codecs
    * Dummy codec, to avoid fatal errors when a encoder/decoder is not available
