       hw: Rename boolean config value field from bool to boolean

- Remove unneeded Requires on python >= 2.6
- Add Xspice-python3.patch:
  * Add support for Python 3, and run it under Python 3. 

- no longer ship xorg.conf sample file in /etc/X11; it's available
  as %doc (boo#1173058)
