Update package qt6-base from 6.2.2 to 6.4.2 (jsc#PED-2635)

The qprocess6-2.diff patch previously in SLE was named
0001-QProcess-Unix-ensure-we-don-t-accidentally-execute-s.patch
in obs (which was added on March, 2 and dropped on March, 21) .
That's why the reference was completely removed from
SLE's changelog.
