Update libqt5xdg to 3.3.1 to rebuild it against the new Qt version in SLE15 SP2,
since libqt5xdg uses Qt's private API (jsc#SLE-8085).

- Update to 3.3.1:
  * Silenced compiler warnings about not used variables.
  * Dropped not needed MOC stuff, we already use CMAKE_AUTOMOC.
  * Dropped using libqtxdg's own versions of things that are in
    lxqt-build-tools
  * Updated translations

- Update to 3.3.0:
