- Use png for wallpapers for Tumbleweed

* SLES seems to be using png
* Using a compat symlink wallpapers/openSUSEdefault-> wallpapers/SLEdefault
  allows running certain apps without rebuild. Such as cockpit.
* Use optipng -o5 to compress files (has to be reflected in spec)

- Update branding-tumbleweed.zip from https://github.com/openSUSE/branding.git Drop plymouth-branding-openSUSE's watermark link add a configuration function to plymouth theme configuration to avoid logo lost which cause plymouth to fail.
- Update branding-openSUSE.spec: resort plymouth-branding-openSUSE install and build dependence to avoid plymouth fall to terminal mode in some scenario(bsc#1189613).

  /etc/bootsplash/themes/openSUSE/bootloader (in addition to

This fixes those really annoying random build failures (i'm surprised they
are only random and not happen in every case)
