KtikZ is a small application helping you to create TikZ (from the LaTeX pgf package) diagrams for your publications. It requires qt5, libpoppler, LaTeX (pdflatex), the LaTeX preview-latex-style package and pgf itself. For the eps export functionality you also need the poppler-utils package.

VeraCrypt is software for establishing and maintaining an on-the-fly-encrypted volume (data storage device). On-the-fly encryption means that data is automatically encrypted right before it is saved and decrypted right after it is loaded, without any user intervention. No data stored on an encrypted volume can be read (decrypted) without using the correct password/keyfile(s) or correct encryption keys. Entire file system is encrypted (e.g., file names, folder names, contents of every file, free space, meta data, etc).
It is based on original TrueCrypt 7.1a with security enhancements and modifications.

QOwnNotes is the open source notepad with markdown support and todo list manager
for GNU/Linux, Mac OS X and Windows, that works together with the default notes
application of ownCloud and Nextcloud.

You are able to write down your thoughts with QOwnNotes and edit or search for
them later from your mobile device, like with CloudNotes or the
ownCloud/Nextcloud web-service.

The notes are stored as plain text files and are synced with
ownCloud's/Nextcloud's file sync functionality. Of course other software, like
Syncthing or Dropbox can be used too.
