Tig is a git repository browser that additionally can act as a pager
for output from various git commands.

When browsing repositories, it uses the underlying git commands to
present the user with various views, such as summarized revision log
and showing the commit with the log message, diffstat, and the diff.

Using it as a pager, it will display input from stdin and colorize it.

This program can download firmware into FX and FX2 EZ-USB devices as
well as the original AnchorChips EZ-USB. It is intended to be invoked
by hotplug scripts when the unprogrammed device appears on the bus.

Primarily as an aid for developers, this can also be used to update
firmware on devices that boot from I2C serial EEPROMs. For that use,
as well as downloading firmware to all other off-chip memory, a second
stage loader must first be downloaded.

This package contains the firmware for in-kernel drivers that was
previously included in the kernel. It is shared by all kernels >=
2.6.27-rc1.

This tool synchronises a local kernel tree with a desired kernel ver-
sion and patch set from a kernel.org mirror. The default requires a GPG
key on your keyring, to verify the identity of the patches and source
archives. Entire kernel images are not downloaded unless necessary, so
bandwidth is saved. Patches are applied and removed as necessary to
attain the requested version.

OfflineIMAP is a tool to simplify your e-mail reading. With
OfflineIMAP, you can:

* Read the same mailbox from multiple computers, and have your
changes (deletions, etc.) be automatically reflected on all
computers

* Use various mail clients to read a single mail box

* Read mail while offline (on a laptop) and have all changes
synchronized when you get connected again

* Read IMAP mail with mail readers that do not support IMAP

* Use SSL (secure connections) to read IMAP mail even if your reader
doesn't support SSL

* Synchronize your mail using a completely safe and fault-tolerant
algorithm. (At least I think it is!)

* Customize which mailboxes to synchronize with regular expressions
or lists.

* Synchronize your mail two to four times faster than with other tools
or other mail readers' internal IMAP support.

Sparse is a semantic parser of source files: it's neither a compiler
(although it could be used as a front-end for one) nor is it a
preprocessor (although it contains as a part of it a preprocessing
phase).

It is meant to be a small - and simple - library. Scanty and meager,
and partly because of that easy to use. It has one mission in life:
create a semantic parse tree for some arbitrary user for further
analysis. It's not a tokenizer, nor is it some generic context-free
parser. In fact, context (semantics) is what it's all about - figuring
out not just what the grouping of tokens are, but what the _types_ are
that the grouping implies.

Sparse is primarily used in the development and debugging of the Linux
kernel.

This package contains a utility for inspecting devices connected to USB
ports.

Why do I need batctl? B.A.T.M.A.N. advanced operates on layer 2 and
thus all hosts participating in the virtual switch are completely
transparent for all protocols above layer 2. Therefore the common
diagnosis tools do not work as expected. To overcome these problems
batctl was created. At the moment batctl contains ping, traceroute,
tcpdump and interfaces to the kernel module settings.

liboauth is a collection of c functions implementing the http://oauth.net API.

liboauth provides functions to escape and encode stings according to
OAuth specifications and offers high-level functionality built on top to sign
requests or verify signatures using either NSS or OpenSSL for calculating
the hash/signatures.

mairix is a tool for indexing email messages stored in maildir format
folders and performing fast searches on the resulting index. The
output is a new maildir folder containing symbolic links to the matched
messages.

OfflineIMAP is a tool to synchronize IMAP and Maildir mailboxes which is very
fast due to its multithreaded synchronization algorithm. It offers several
user interfaces and is generally very configurable providing a great number of
settings for controlling its behavior, tuning performance. Specifically, there
are several sophisticated and flexible mechanisms for determining the list of
maiilboxes to synchronize. Furthermore, it supports internal or external
automation, SSL and PREAUTH tunnels, offline (or "unplugged") reading, and a
variety of esoteric IMAP features for compatibility with the widest variety of
IMAP servers. OfflineIMAP is designed for safety in terms of avoiding the loss
of mails under any circumstances.
