Few scrips, that allow converting a lot of scanned pictures (i.e. pages of a book) into versatile DjVu format.
Currently there are 3 scripts included:

* png2djvu
* jpg2djvu
* any2djvu-bw - a placeholder, pointing to either png2djvu or jpg2djvu.

With djvulibre there also comes any2djvu script, that allows converting of .ps and .pdf files to djvu.

Gwyddion is a modular program for SPM (scanning probe microscopy) data visualization and analysis. Primarily it is intended for analysis of height fields obtained by means of scanning probe microscopy techniques (AFM, MFM, STM, SNOM/NSOM), however it can be generally used for any other height field and image analysis.
Gwyddion is Free and Open Source software, covered by GNU General Public License. It aims to provide multiplatform modular program for 2D data analysis that could be easily extended by modules and plug-ins. Moreover, the status of free software enables to provide source codes to developers and users, which makes the further program improvement easier.
Gwyddion works on GNU/Linux, Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and FreeBSD operating systems on common architectures, all systems can be used also for developement. Its graphical user interface is based on Gtk+ and port to other systems supported by Gtk+ should be possible.

The icoutils are a set of programs for extracting and converting images in
Microsoft Windows icon and cursor files. These files usually have the extension
.ico or .cur, but they can also be embedded in executables or libraries
(.dll-files).

This package is based on the package 'mathgl' from project 'home:matwey'.

MathGL is a free library for the plotting of the data. It has more than 40 general types of graphics for 1d, 2d and 3d data arrays.
It can export graphics to raster and vector (EPS or SVG) formats. It has OpenGL
interface and can be used from console programs. It has functions for data
handling and script MGL language for simplification of data plotting. Also it
has several types of transparency and smoothed lightning, vector fonts and
TeX-like symbol parsing, arbitrary curvilinear coordinate system and many over
useful things. Finally it is platform independent and free.

Q4Wine is an Qt4-based GUI for WINE. It will help you to manage wine prefixes and installed applications.

This package is based on the package 'shntool' from project 'home:elvigia'.

shntool is a multi-purpose WAVE data processing and reporting utility. File formats are abstracted from its core, so it can process any file that contains WAVE data, compressed or not - provided there exists a format module to handle that particular file type.

shntool has native support for .wav files. If you want it to work with other lossless audio formats, you must have the appropriate helper program installed. The "Helper programs" section below contains links to helper programs for each format that shntool supports.
